How We Work
Visible Sources
Research claims should link to the underlying publication or official source, with study design and limitations stated where relevant.
Testing Status
We do not run hands-on product tests. Pages are research-based analysis of published studies, manufacturer specifications and guidelines, and say so.
Commercial Transparency
Affiliate relationships are disclosed. A commission does not establish product quality or clinical benefit.
Recorded Review
Medical review is displayed only when a named reviewer, review date, credentials, and permission are documented for that article.
How we weigh the evidence
We do not publish numeric scores. When we compare products or interventions we consider these four things:
Evidence quality
Human RCT data, meta-analyses, effect sizes, and study quality
Safety profile
Long-term safety data, contraindications, and adverse event reports
Mechanistic plausibility
Does the biology make sense? Is the mechanism well-understood?
Value and accessibility
Price per effective dose, quality control, and sourcing standards
