Why Irradiance Is the Only Spec That Matters
The red light therapy market is flooded with panels claiming impressive wattages, LED counts, and coverage areas. Most of these numbers are meaningless marketing. The one specification that determines whether a panel delivers therapeutic doses is irradiance — the amount of light energy hitting your skin per unit area, measured in milliwatts per square centimetre (mW/cm²).

Dual-Chip Technology: Why It Matters
